New PC build using Magewell Eco Quad SDI M.2. PC works great but as soon as I install the Eco, I get no video signal to my monitor.

Uninstalled GPU and ran off CPU graphics. PC started up and produced video signal. vMix does not show Magewell Capture device when I try to add a camera. I do not see any "device" for the Magewell in Device Manager. What am I missing here?

This is a new build. Gigabyte GA-Gaming B8 MOBO, i5, GTX1050ti GPU. Fresh drivers from Magewell are installed. Any thoughts or next steps in troubleshooting?

Could this be related?

2 x PCI Express x16 slots, running at x4 (PCIEX4_1, PCIEX4_2)
* The PCIEX4_1 slot shares bandwidth with the M.2 connector. When the PCIEX4_1 slot is installed with a x4 or above card, the M.2 connector becomes unavailable.

Looks like on this particular motherboard, only the very first PCI Express slot can be used (the one closest to the CPU) when the M.2 is populated.

The attached image shows how it should look in Device Manager before/after installation of the driver. I think I've tested all of Magewell's Eco variants on my system over the last couple of months and have not had any problems like this with any of them, so I would suspect either it's the individual card itself or something about the motherboard that's causing your issue, as suggested above.
