I need some help. when i launch vmix in windows 8.1, i can easily chromakey but mp4 videos fails to be displayed when imported...Vmix freezes and slows down. When i upgrade my device driver ATI radeom X press series of AMD. i can lauch v mix very well and import mp4 videos well but chromakey options nolonger responding. How can fix this. i believe i can get help from experts here. thanks alot.

Sounds like an underpowered PC issue. What are you PC specs? CPU? GPU? RAM? etc.
