While using After Effects/Premiere Pro via NDI it would be very useful to be able to quickly freeze the output display screen while I make changes in After Effects/PP so people do not see the changes as I am typing. Most modern switchers have the ability to freeze the screen with one button. The button will turn another color or flash to let the user know that the screen is frozen
Thanks

I can offer you an external solution to this, while you wait and see if the feature will be added to vMix. If you route your NDI feed via my NDI RTx application, and use the RTx output in vMix, then you can freeze the NDI feed (and get a flashing indicator to show when it's frozen). As with NDI apps in general, you can run RTx anywhere on your network to achieve this control.
