This is kind of an odd request, but I am trying to find out if there is a way to send the master audio from vmix or from an audio input on the computer back to a web browser that has been brought in as an input.

When I pull up https://webcaptioner.com/ as a browser input, it does not think that it has access to a microphone or other audio input, from vmix or any of the computer inputs. Any configuration in vmix or on the computer that I can do to "allow" it to see an audio input like I can do for a browser outside of vmix?

Hi

this not the right method to use WebCaptioner.
It has to be done externally of vMix using Virtual Audio Cables.

Search the forum for more info about Virtual Audio Cable and correct workflows for WebCaptioner. Already been discussed.

Sorry - Web Captioner won't work in a browser input. The embedded browser used by vMix doesn't have access to the Web Speech API needed for Web Captioner to work.

This shows you two methods for using Web Captioner with vMix, including a new method just introduced this week: https://webcaptioner.com/vmix
