Can we record 4 cameras Full HD and read simultaneously the 4 files being recorded on VMIX PRO ?

Yes...This is essentially what the Replay module does. Have a play with it on your system.

MultiCorder also can record each camera but cant be used if Replay is be used.
If dont need replay Multicorder allows you to choose the format and bitrates.
