Looking to re stream a feed (to add slides/PIP and stuff to a camera feed)

I can stream to YouTube and livestream.com.

How do I add a live video stream as an input or do I want to do a desktop capture?

Is anything more robust?

Hmm, can you elaborate? I am trying to stream a camera on location at an event but add graphics, stinger, and pip work at our office. Exactly like a satellite uplink situation at a news studio.
