I was checking my Task Manager to see what other applications I had opened with vMix and I noticed that the CPU usage allocated to vMix in the Task Manager indicatres 20%, but at the bottom my vMix screen (see attached screen capture) it indicates 10% for vMix and 20% for overall system CPU.

Is that normal for the processing that vMix indicates it is using to be different than what the computer's task manager indicates vMix is using? Or maybe does vMix's number not include the YouTube video that I have in my document whereas Task Manager does include that in vMix? Or is this within a normal variance of two (different?) measuring tools?

There are different methods of measuring CPU useage. Different M$ tools will show similar variations. This is quite normal. It was discussed on a thread on this forum when the original FR was made.
