In vMix, using an Acer Laptop with Thunderbolt 3 can we use a BM HyperDeck Mini as an external recorder asa back-up high quality recording device for the main program out (to put on portable media for Post Production). Was thinking output would be via the Thunderbolt 3 to Thunderbolt 2 Startech adapter to AJA T-Tap via SDI out to BM HyperDeck Mini?

I think you would be just as good with NDI.
