Hi vMixers -

I have only posted here twice before, so please go easy on me. :-)

Like I stated on previous posts, I've been using vMix and virtualstudiosets.com at work to record/switch training sessions and events for the past 2 years with great results.

However, for remote presenters, company regulations require I use WebEx. I do use vMix Call to capture the presenter (face and voice), but to capture the remote presenter's PPT I must use WebEx.
My current workaround is using a laptop as a vMix input into my vMixGO magic box, logging into WebEx, giving the remote presenter control and capture them moving their slides. It does work well, but for ease of use I'd rather just open a vMix Web Browser with WebEx.

Here's the issue:
When opening a 'vMix' Web Browser as an input with WebEx, a message on the vMix browser appears, "Add WebEx to Chrome." I'd do that, but its already been added to Chrome. (Wait! Isn't Chrome the default browser for vMix?)

Here's my question:
Is this a vMix Web Browser issue, a Chrome issue, a WebEx issue -or- just one of many unsolved mysteries??? ;-)
(FYI: Skype, Zoom and others third-party software programs cannot be used for remote capture.)

Any comments or words of wisdom on why a vMix Web Browser and WebEx cannot play nicely -or- other workarounds would be greatly appreciated.

Regards,
HowardAtO
