I want to change the text color of a title (XAML) using the API.

Is it possible already? I have not found a solution yet.

no but there are a few workaround options with adapted titles by sending values to hidden textfields that are binded with your visible textfields

There have been a few examples posted in the forum

Try using "SetTextColor" instead of "SetColor"

i solved it
but there is a new problem here
it cant be to change the color
and a flash not occur in title
as you know it happens when manually change the text color of subtitles
and also will be done when automatically done with web api

it flashes and bring back to previous words before spacing red circle
what is the solution for this ?

This is not a "flash: but a restart of the ticker animation due to change in color, font or content which is normal behaviour for a GT ticker.
A ticker is a single "animated" Textblock container you can not change during this action be it font or color.
While one can "add" content/data to the title field instead of "replace" as ticker type to get mutiple added data to one line , changing color or font will reset the animation with is current content .

Solution is t make sure one does not change color or font while content is visible during the passing of the content
