When I create an NDI input, the NDI screen and never loads. All I get is a spinning wheel indicating that it is trying to load but it never does. Any suggestions? Using ver 19.

Do I need to set up NDI through the "external" first?

What is your NDI source?

If you use the NDI Studio Monitor application (free with NDI Tools) can see it the source?

What is your network setup between the systems?
