The issue were related to NDI - we are streaming to Laola with additional laptop and it couldn't get fluid image from main PC with NDI.

I unchecked cameras/calls/audio inputs in NDI settings and changed the CAT6 cable in main PC. That helped but took some time and nerves - and because of that we didn't send right stream to Laola first (the YouTube stream, with polish commentary, that I can't link here was OK).

Anyway, we streamed today 3rd game (POL-BUL) and now we are starting Germany - Belgium match: http://www.laola1.tv/en-...5-20-germany-belgium-len

Tomorrow last 2 games of the tournament.
