Hi,

just built a new system specifically for VMIX Pro using recommended hardware specs.

Graphics card is a Geforce GTX 950. I am using the latest version of the driver from Dec 2016 (21.21.13.7633)

When I try and start the software (v.18.0.0.59) I get an error message saying;

"Graphics hardware is not supported.
DirectX 9 compatible hardware required."

D3DStartup.D3D_NEW_EX
D3DERR_NOTAVAILABLE: Not available (-2005530518)

As far as I know this card supports up to DirectX12.

Any ideas?

I would try to install an older driver to see if that fixes it. I did just take a look which driver runs on my desktop which runs vMix fine, which is 21.21.13.7290.
