Rank: Advanced Member Groups: Registered Joined: 10/5/2015(UTC) Posts: 47 Location: Norman, Oklahoma		Hi, I am using the ticker function with V18 and since Vmix now will auto update the text file in the ticker the problem I am running into is the speed of the ticker. I understand you can set the click but if the text file is shorter in length the ticker plays very fast where as if its a larger file it play fast. Is there a way to set the speed regardless of the text length? Thanks a ton for anyone's ideas or input!

I have never written any kind of scripts for vmix and really have no idea. But if its something simple that would be awesome if someone would know how to do that.

Something along the lines of a consistent speed across the screen regardless of the length of the text document. I'm pretty sure similar requests have been put forward in the past as setting up the timing can be a pain at times, but especially now with support for auto updates and data sources. Ice

But if string is very short, there will be a lot of free space in ticker.
